3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images or videos as proof to initiate the return or replacement process.

4. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, instructions for shipping the product will be provided.
  • Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
