3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images or videos as proof to initiate the return or replacement process.
4. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, instructions for shipping the product will be provided.
- Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
6. Exchange Policy

- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
